Standard packaging 160 g is sufficient for a hearty soup for 5-6 people. For gastronomic facilities are suitable larger packets of 500 grams (up to 16 servings), 1kg (up to 35 servings) or 5kg (up to 180 servings).

Cooking instructions:

Empty the bag into a standard size pan and add 2-2.5 Liters of unsalted cold water, bring to a boil. You can use vegetable of meat broth instead of water. Cook uncovered over medium heat 25-30 minutes (follow instructions of bag). In the end you can season the soup with salt, pepper and herbs.

Try all 6 different mixtures and choose your most favorite. You can also try adding chopped meat, vegetables or peanuts.
